Mannix
Integrated Biometrics Mannix is an Appendix F and Mobile ID FAP 60certified fingerprint and palmprint reader. The lightweight, compact device is USB-powered and designed to capture these types of fingerprints and palmprints:
- Upper Palm
- Lower Palm
- Writer's Palm
- Four-finger slap
- Single rolled fingerprint
- Single flat fingerprint
The sensor is based on company's proprietary Light Emitting Sensor (LES) technology which uses a patented capture method. The technology allows to reject spoofing atttacks woth fake fingers or palms made from synthetic materials.
The manufacturer specifies that the sensor has IP65 Ingress protection. The whole device meets military durability standards.
