SABIS performs biometric data capture to produce passports, visas, and resident cards for the Ministry of Interior in Angola. It is deployed and operated at various stations within Angola and by Angolan embassies worldwide. The client-server system utilizes biometric technologies to ensure accurate identification. Tailored for government use, SABIS offers enhanced security, precise identification, rapid processing, and user-friendly operations. As of the end of May 2024, the system has processed 1.45 million foreigners and 1.97 million nationals, averaging 2000 people processed per day. The system is deployed on 5 servers and over 200 workstations, ensuring robust performance and wide accessibility. With its comprehensive deployment and efficient operations, SABIS significantly enhances the administrative capabilities of the Ministry of Interior in Angola.
