Product description
The purpose of the application is to secure the Brazilian retail market and banks preventing fraud attempts. The solution was designed to capture the face of every person that registers in a store or a bank and when he/she tries to buy or register himself/herself in another place, the solution validates person's face against our database and guarantee it is the same person or it is a possible fraud attempt. The whole database is shared with every store and each station can communicate with each other and exchange information about a suspect subject.
More than 5 million people have been already enrolled to the Arkivus Cred system at the end of May 2016. The system features cloud-based architecture with 20,000 desktop client units and unlimited number of mobile clients. The biometric identity verification process is designed to verify a person against the corresponding database entry at first. If the verification fails, the system checks the person against the black list of known fraudsters and finally performs full database search. The system provides response in up to 2 seconds and is able to handle peak loads of 100 transactions per second.
The list of Arkivus Cred customers the biggest banks and retail stores in Brazil, like Banco do Brasil, Banco Bradesco, Riachuello, Pernambucanas, Zema, Gazin and many others.
