Historic implementation. Kenya Voter Registration System was a multi-biometric voter registration solution developed by CODE Inc. for the Interim Independent Electoral Commission of Kenya. It was built for voter identification and for the prevention of duplicate registrations, and combined fingerprint and facial identification.

CODE Inc. was a Neurotechnology solution partner from 2012, last recorded as active in approximately 2013, based in Canada. Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Ottawa, it supplied voter registration and election materials and services in almost 70 countries, and delivered a multi-biometric voter registration system for the Interim Independent Electoral Commission of Kenya.
