India's Aadhaar ID program powered by Neurotechnology biometric solution.
UIDAI selected Neurotechnology and TCS as one of the three Biometric Service Providers (BSP) to provide biometric de-duplication and authentication for India's Aadhaar ID program. The consortium of the two companies will deploy and maintain the new de-duplication system, which is powered by Neurotechnology's multi-modal Automatic Biometric Identification Subsystem (ABIS) and biometric SDK technologies for fingerprint, face and iris recognition. The system, which is designed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the biometric data, will begin operating on India's existing database of 1.3 billion people and it is estimated to grow up to more than 2 billion people over the next 7 years.

Liberia General Elections used a solution based on MegaMatcher IDMS and MegaMatcher ABIS.
The National Elections Commission (NEC) of the Republic of Liberia needed to establish a trusted voter registry for the country's 2023 general elections. Neurotechnology used its MegaMatcher product line to develop the solution. MegaMatcher IDMS streamlined the enrollment process. MegaMatcher ABIS helped to eliminate duplicate and fraudulent records. The whole registration of 2.47 million voters took six weeks. The solution detected 27,192 duplicate records and 529 underage suspects.

Ghana General Elections used MegaMatcher ABIS solution.
The Electoral Commission of Ghana needed a biometric system for voter management during the Ghana's 2020 general elections. Neurotechnology successfully delivered the MegaMatcher ABIS solution, as well as provided all related services and products for the Ghana's Biometric Voter Management System. The deployed multi-biometric software allowed to cover all needs of the General Elections – from initial voter registration deduplication, adjudication, final voter list generation and verification on election day. The system deduplicated 17 million voter records and identified almost 16 thousand cases of duplicate voter registrations.

DR Congo Voter Deduplication 2018 Project uses MegaMatcher ABIS solution.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) of the Democratic Republic of the Congo needed to perform massive voter registration in order to prepare for DRC 2018 elections. Neurotechnology deployed the MegaMatcher ABIS solution with 11 MegaMatcher Accelerator Extreme units to provide enough performance for all-with-all comparison. The solution deduplicated 46.5 million voter records in less than 2 months. 5.3 million duplicate records and 900 thousand underage records were found.

Madagascar ID credential issue project uses MegaMatcher ABIS solution.
The Madagascar Ministry of Digital Development, Digital Transformation, Posts and Telecommunications (MNDPT) has partnered with MOSIP to implement a pilot program for ID credential issuance. Neurotechnology's MegaMatcher ABIS has been chosen for use in the pilot as a turn-key MOSIP-compliant solution. The pilot will show an end-to-end demonstration of MOSIP, covering some registrations and ID generation.

Parking monitoring system in Plovdiv, Bulgaria uses SentiVeillance video analytics solution for automated license plate recognition.
The city of Plovdiv in Bulgaria needed to enhance parking monitoring with automated license plate recognition technology. Neurotechnology's SentiVeillance system has been integrated into parking enforcement vehicles, enabling real-time, accurate identification of parked vehicles' license plates and verification of parking permits. The system not only streamlined parking management and freed up enforcement officers for other tasks, but also boasted high accuracy and improved law enforcement capabilities, marking Plovdiv as the first Bulgarian city to adopt such an advanced mobile parking monitoring solution.

Bangladesh Voter Registration Project is based on MegaMatcher multi-biometric technology.
The Bangladesh Voter Registration Project registered more than 80 million citizens using biometric face and fingerprint technology. After evaluating a number of biometric technologies for their duplicate search system, the Bangladesh Army determined that MegaMatcher from Neurotechnology was able to identify more duplicate registrations with a higher degree of accuracy than any other system tested.

Venezuela Voter Registration System is based on MegaMatcher Accelerator solution and MegaMatcher technology.
The National Electoral Council of Venezuela wanted to update their existing voter registration system with a more open and cost-effective technology. The old system was built in 2004 and appeared to be expensive to maintain and expand. Ex-Clé has developed and implemented the new integrated biometric platform for the Venezuelan voter registration system using the MegaMatcher SDK and MegaMatcher Accelerator solution. The system was used during the 2012 Venezuelan presidential election and proved its speed and accuracy with biometric data from nearly 18 million registered people.

Sierra Leone Biometric Voter Registration System is based on MegaMatcher Accelerator solution.
The National Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone implemented a new multi-biometric voter registration system and sought a solution that would both ensure accurate registration of all eligible voters through de-duplication of the voter registration database and provide printed electoral lists and personalized voter cards. Zetes provided the National Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone with multi-biometric AFIS and facial image voter registration de-duplication services using MegaMatcher Accelerator. 2.7 million voter records were processed in less than 6 weeks.

Kenya Voter Registration System is based on MegaMatcher multi-biometric technology.
The Interim Independent Electoral Commission of Kenya (IIEC) required a voter registration system for the country's voters. The system has been intended for voter identification and prevention of duplicate registrations. CODE Inc. has worked with the IIEC to deliver a multi-biometric voter registration solution. The CODE Inc. Digital Solution for Electronic Voter Registration is based on MegaMatcher multi-biometric fingerprint and facial identification technology.

NATO ABIS uses Neurotechnology's multi-biometric template matching engines.
A NATO Automated Biometric Identification System (NABIS) was developed as part of the Defense Against Terrorism Program of Work (DAT POW). The capability was requested and authorized by the NATO Biometrics Program of Work Coordination Group, mainly to support the interoperability in the biometrics domain. Neurotechnology's template matching algorithms for multiple biometric modalities are used in the system.

Indian States Criminal AFIS is based on VeriFinger and MegaMatcher technologies.
Indian police departments required a tool for the investigation of criminal activity through the quick and accurate identification of latent fingerprints collected at crime scenes. SecureMantra Technologies has developed the Criminal AFPIS Enterprise Solution using VeriFinger, and then MegaMatcher multi-biometric identification engine with the first deployment in May 2002. Today, police departments in seven Indian states and the National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science of India are using the solution with more than a million criminal records in the databases.

Mexico Multi-Biometric Enrollment System is based on MegaMatcher Accelerator solution and MegaMatcher technology.
Mexico's tax collection agency required a fast and accurate biometric system for their digital identification and certification system. Vangent Mexico business unit and Biometria Aplicada have implemented the Multi-Biometric Enrollment System (MBES®) for high-volume iris, face and fingerprint identification. More than 3.5 million taxpayers have been enrolled in the system with a goal of 5 million to be enrolled by 2014.

Somaliland National ID Project uses three biometric modalities and is based on MegaMatcher Accelerator solution and MegaMatcher technology.
Somaliland government decided to register all Somaliland citizens for the creation of a biometric National Identity Card system. Sahal Tech Solutions selected MegaMatcher Accelerator to provide the high level of security, accuracy and speed required for biometric registration and identification using fingerprint, face and iris biometrics. Biometric registration centers have been set up in every city and village in the country and almost 500,000 registrations were completed during the first months.

Sri Lanka Foreign Employment Passport Tracking & AFIS System is based on MegaMatcher technology.
The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment needed a way to accurately identify and record Sri Lankan citizens working in different countries around the world, as well as eliminate the use of fraudulent passports. Cenmetrix has developed the CenAFIS solution, an Automated Fingerprint ID System that is used together with a passport scanner. Since CenAFIS came online in 2012, more than 100,000 people have been enrolled in the system, with 350 to 450 new enrollments per business day.

Indonesia Biometric Passport System is based on MegaMatcher multi-biometric technology.
Indonesia has updated their passport issuance system, increasing the speed and accuracy of document preparation, verification and delivery. X/LINK Software has developed a distributed passport issuance system with a centralized biometric matching component. After evaluating a number of biometric systems, X/LINK determined that Neurotechnology's MegaMatcher provided the best combination of high degree of accuracy, identification of duplicate registrations, exemplary technical support and a low total cost of ownership.

Poland Biometric Passport System is based on VeriFinger fingerprint recognition technology.
Polish Security Printing Works, working closely with the Polish government selected Neurotechnology's VeriFinger fingerprint recognition technology to be the verification engine for all newly issued passports. The VeriFinger-based fingerprint system was implemented as a part of the biometric data capture in all 130 passport offices throughout Poland. High performance and flexible licensing options enabled Polish Security Printing Works to quickly obtain, develop and implement the technology.

Bosnia and Herzegovina Biometric Passport and ID System is based on MegaMatcher technology.
IDDEEA (the Agency for Identification Documents, Registers and Data Exchange) developed the biometric identification system in-house using the MegaMatcher Extended SDK. The system, which was launched in October 2009, uses MegaMatcher components and ensures quality and accuracy required to meet European Union standards. The IDDEEA is an administrative organization within the Ministry of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is responsible for the personalization and technical processing of passports, identity cards, driving licenses and other identification documents for the nation's more than 4.6 million people.

El Salvador's National Passport System is based on MegaMatcher multi-biometric technology.
General Security El Salvador selected MegaMatcher to provide the core multi-biometric functionality for the Republic of El Salvador's first nationwide multi-biometric passport and immigration system. National-level AFIS and multi-biometric identification systems help governments provide a higher level of security for their citizens, visitors and trade partners in the global economy. A strategic approach to implementation is enabling El Salvador to develop a robust national database with immediate applications for immigration and criminal justice.

Border control systems in Spanish airports use MegaMatcher, VeriFinger and VeriLook for multi-biometric face and fingerprint identification.
Indra has deployed quick access border control systems based on MegaMatcher, VeriFinger and VeriLook in the airports of Madrid-Barajas and Barcelona-El Prat for European citizens. The newly installed systems facilitate the rapid entry into national territory, and therefore the Schengen common European area, to travelers who own a Spanish electronic ID card or a European Community electronic passport. The systems perform a dual biometric test using facial and fingerprint recognition for passenger identity verification. All citizens of the European Union countries, the European Economic Area and Switzerland are eligible to use this system.

Lenovo computer access system is based on VeriLook facial recognition software.
Lenovo selected VeriLook to be the facial recognition engine for PC user authentication and file encryption in their webcam-enabled notebook computers. The company was looking for reliable facial recognition technology for their notebook computers at a price point that enabled them to keep their prices competitive. After considering many face recognition engines, Lenovo found that VeriLook best meets their requirements.

Childcare management system based on fingerprint identification was developed using VeriFinger SDK.
The CONFIDENT Childcare Management System from Lifewares is used in daycare centers, churches and schools to control the dropping off and picking up of children by parents or guardians. Most childcare facilities manage the identity of children and their proper guardians using solutions like clipboards and papers, wrist bands, ID cards or claimchecks, but all of them are slow and unreliable. With the fingerprint recognition capabilities in CONFIDENT, every parent or guardian checking a child in or out of a facility accesses their account using their fingerprint.

Family of access and attendance control solutions: TouchAccess, TouchID and RobotID were developed by ComputerID using VeriFinger SDK.
TouchAccess is a complete access control solution that offers convenience, security and cost-effectiveness of fingerprint identification in a solution that can be customized to integrate with existing access control systems.
TouchID is Computer ID's time clock control system, which registers the user's presence withsimple touch-in fingerprint scanner.
RobotID is a basic identification system that captures a fingerprint, performs identification using a specified database and shows the identified person's name or other data on the screen.
